Proveedora de Seguridad Industrial del Golfo S.A. de C.V. (“PSIG”) con domicilio en Boulevard Adolfo López Mateos #4000 col. Universidad Poniente, código postal 89336 en Tampico, Tamaulipas; a fin de dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, en lo sucesivo “La Ley”, hace de su conocimiento el siguiente Aviso de Privacidad.


REGISTRO DE DATOS PERSONALES

PSIG podrá recabar datos personales de manera directa, personal o indirecta, a través de sus formatos institucionales, medios físicos y/o medios electrónicos, con la finalidad de formalizar la adquisición de los productos o servicios que sean solicitados por usted, formalizar una relación jurídica comercial o con motivo de la relación laboral que pudiera llegar a tener con PSIG, misma que podrá recabar datos que se encuentren en cualquiera de las siguientes categorías:

  • Datos patrimoniales y financieros: historial crediticio, información financiera de la empresa, estatus ante el buró de crédito, escrituras de propiedad de bienes inmuebles.
  • Datos de identificación: nombre, domicilio, nacionalidad, correo electrónico, número telefónico, clave del Registro Federal de Contribuyentes, Clave Única de Registro de Población.
  • Datos laborales: ocupación, profesión.
  • Datos académicos: escolaridad.
  • Datos sobre procedimientos administrativos seguidos en forma de juicio y/o jurisdiccionales.

USO DE LA INFORMACIÓN
Nuestro objetivo principal al recopilar información personal es proporcionarle acceso a nuestros sitios web, sitios de medios sociales y aplicaciones; y/o el uso de nuestros productos y servicios, proporcionarle el servicio de atención al cliente solicitado e información relevante sobre su cuenta, y proporcionarle una experiencia eficiente y personalizada que puede mejorarse en el futuro, promociones y un programa de fidelidad. También utilizamos su información personal para otros fines como:

DIVULGACIÓN DE INFORMACIÓN PERSONAL
La Empresa no vende información personal, pero puede compartir datos, incluida la información personal, tal y como se describe en esta Política.

AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION AND ANONYMOUS INFORMATION

Each time you visit our website or our other online platforms, the Company collects some information to improve the overall quality of the online experience.

Aggregated Data. The Company collects aggregate queries for internal reporting and also counts, tracks, and aggregates your activity into the Company's analysis of general traffic-flow at the website. When you select a link to a third-party website from this Website, you will be leaving the Company website. RESPONSE TO "DO NOT TRACK" SIGNALS
Some Internet browsers include the ability to transmit "Do Not Track" signals. Since uniform standards for "Do Not Track" signals have not yet been adopted, the Company does not process or respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY PROTECTION
Under Age 18. The Company understands the importance of protecting children's privacy in the interactive online world.. It is not our policy to intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 18. No one under the age of 18 should submit any personal information to the Company or this website.

Minors under 18 years of age who may have provided personal information to us may have the personal information deleted by sending an email to the email listed at the end of this Policy requesting deletion. Please note that, while we make reasonable efforts to comply with such requests, deletion of your Personal Information does not ensure complete and comprehensive removal of the data from all systems.

To protect the security of your personal information, we will require you to provide us with identifying information for you or your household such as email address, telephone number, a description of the product or service you purchased or inquired about, and/or other information that we can match with the personal information we have collected about you or your household to verify your identities.

You may use an authorized agent to request access to or deletion of your personal information or the personal information of your household. We will require your authorized agent to provide us with either (1) a power of attorney authorizing the authorized agent to act on your behalf or (2) your written authorization permitting the authorized agent to request access to your personal information on behalf of you or your household. Further, we will require you or your authorized agent to provide us with identifying information to verify your identity and/or the identities or your household members.

Within 10 days of receiving your request to know, we will confirm receipt of your request and provide information about how we will process your request. Generally, we will respond to your request within 45 days. If we need more time to respond, we will provide you with notice and an explanation of the reason we need more time to respond. We may deny your request if we cannot verify your identity or are legally permitted to deny your request. If we deny your request, we will explain the basis for the denial, provide or delete any personal information that is not subject to the denial, and refrain from using the personal information retained for any purpose other than permitted by the denial. We will maintain a record of your request and our response for 24 months.

You have the right to receive our products and services on equal terms regardless of whether or not you exercise your rights under the CCPA.

Individual California residents also have the right under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) to request information about our disclosures of certain categories of personal information to our affiliates or third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties or our affiliates for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties or affiliates. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. PRIVACY NOTICE AND RIGHTS FOR NEVADA RESIDENTS
Although we do not sell your personal information, you have the right to direct us not to sell certain personally identifiable information that we collect about you on our website or other online services by emailing us at: HR@vallen.com. This information includes: your first name or first initial and last name in combination with your social security number; driver's license number, driver authorization card number or identification card number; account number, credit card number or debit card number, in combination with any required security code, access code or password that would permit access to your financial account; medical identification number or a health insurance identification number; user name, unique identifier or electronic mail address in combination with a password, access code or security question and answer that would permit access to an online account.

THIRD PARTY ONLINE ADVERTISING
Some of the advertisements you may see on the website are delivered by third parties who also collect information through their own cookies, web beacons and other similar technologies about your online activities, either on our services or across the Internet, in an effort to understand your interests and deliver advertisements that are tailored to your interests. SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY
We encourage you to read, share, follow us and provide commentary on any of our social media sites. If you do choose to share information about your experience with the Company on our social media sites, you acknowledge this social media policy. Please be aware that by "Liking" or sharing content about the Company using the social sharing mechanism, you agree to allow the Company to list the name, photo, etc. associated with the social media profiles. This information may be viewable to your social networks, depending on your privacy settings. We reserve the right on our social media sites to edit comments for content, remove off-topic contributions, delete offensive comments or remarks, block offensive contributors and/or delete actual or suspected spam content. We reserve the right to respond to any post or user content on our social media sites, and may occasionally privately request your contact information to assist offline with your consent by routing the matter to the appropriate persons or department for further handling. Please be aware that once you post something online, there is the potential for numerous individuals to read your words, even years from now.
